Experience
As manager Eugène led companies in Middle East and South East Asia including technical and sales teams. As project leader Eugène lead various projects in different sizes for various clients in aviation, in multiple continents.
As advisor Eugène facilitated complex operational change in large ternational hub-airports in both the Netherlands as well as Asia Pacific. He also provided expertise to Eurocae, Eurocontrol, ACI, CANSO and ICAO. As an instructor he provided courses all over the world, including for IATA and ACI.

About Eugène
Growing up in the Netherlands I played Korfball which was foundational to my adult life and career. A team sport where boys and girls play together, dependent on each others’ performance, shaped my understanding of collaboration early.
During my Computer Science study in Amsterdam I founded a student korfball club with friends and created a start-up software company with partners. Driving new creations provided friendships, entrepreneurial experience, partnerships and a lot more collaborations.
When finalising my study I also entered the world of aviation, where research and development at NLR in Amsterdam enabled me to evolve skills and knowledge, gaining me a path to Eurocontrol in Brussels.
Yet the entrepreneur in me never left. An restart of that software company in 2007 enabled me to travel the globe and lead local businesses in Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates and Indonesia. While investments were high and profits not returning, the experience abroad allowed me to understand new cultures.
Since that time I gained marriage and two kids, make the experience life changing. And it brings daily lessons in collaboration.
